If there's a poll about it, then it might as well be written in stone. I mean, it's not like fanboys would try to skew the result for trolling purposes. That would be silly. Metacritic's user ratings taught us that lesson./s
So if you go out alone on the street at 2AM and you get robbed, does that mean it's your fault because you were just asking for it?
I mean, why blame the robbers? Thats why they're called robbers! It's what they do. You didn't give them your tax money. You gave it to the government and trusted them to pay the police to keep the streets safe and they totally blew it.
Holy crap!!! Fanboys on Youtube? Nothing's sacred anymore!/s
On a side note, you are the perfect example of my previous comment and I can't believe you still have 3 bubbles. Mods here are hilarious. Reported as off topic anyway.
Funny you should say that, because I've seen a lot of new accounts trolling all these PSN articles over the past few days. Surely they're not from Xbox fanboys... Those guys are busy playing Kinect, the revolutionary saviour of gaming.
That reminds me, shouldn't you be playing kinect over XBL? Can't let those $60 go to waste!
I'd like to share your optimism, but the truth is I'm not so sure about that. Once you lose consumer confidence, it's very difficult to get it back. That's a lesson SEGA knows perhaps too well. I fear that this situation might signal the beginning of the end for the Playstation brand. I hope I'm wrong, I honestly do, because with Sony out of the gaming business, what do we have left?
Nintendo seems set to release another underpowered console, leaving MS sc...
The agrees came from his duplicate accounts. The idiot has been creating new accounts and getting banned for hours now. Just report him for SPAM and ignore the troll.
Anyway, I'm glad we have 360magazine to tell us about the future of Sony and Playstation./s
I'm not mad at the hackers for what they've done. This is exactly the kind of crap I expected from those pricks.
I'm not mad at Sony for being hacked. I'm no expert and I have no idea how vulnerable the PSN really was, but I always knew that it could and probably would get breached eventually.
I am furious at Sony for taking an entire week to admit the problem and say "Ok, you might wanna start thinking about protecting yourselves". ...
Sony screwed up big time on this one, and now they have a PR nightmare on their hands, in an industry where image and brand name alone can make or break a product *cough*Apple*cough*.
Any network can get hacked, revealing personal information of its users, but Sony had an obligation to tell us so the minute they suspected PSN had been breached, not after ONE WEEK!!!
I've been using Playstation products for 15 years, but I will take all alternatives into s...
I like how the author links the value drop on Sony's shares during the month of March to the attacks from anonymous and not to the devastating earthquake and tsunami that hit eastern Japan on March 11, forcing Sony as well as many other corporations to shut down production for a number of days, and from which Japan still hasn't recovered.
That's quality gaming media right there. Way to go fronttowardsgamer.com, better start making shelve space for that Pulitzer pr...
What? No... That's a terrible plan. There's a ton of great single player games to experience while PSN is down. Vanquish, Castlevania: LoS, Mass Effect 2, God of War III are some of the single player games that I played recently and I recommend all of them.
It's times like these that make me grateful that I'm an old school kind of gamer that vastly favors single player over multiplayer. Or maybe I'm just getting old.
@ Raptura - You're right. People should be allowed to talk trash and troll PS3 articles freely. It's not like anyone is trying to have an honest discussion here. Certainly not those dumb PS3 users. That would be silly. You should only lose bubbles for trolling Xbox articles, amirite?/s
You do understand this is the PS3 channel, don't you? It's not the case that "anything positive you say about XBL is irrelevant here". Anything you have to say AT ALL ...
I'm definitely bookmarking this story, so I can rub it in the face of the next Microsoft fanboy who claims N4G is a Sony fansite.
This is as bad as the open zone used to be on the old N4G... maybe even worse!
If anyone has the right to demand answers from Sony, it sure as hell isn't IGN. Not after the Crysis 2 PS3 smear campaign.
And here's a pearl of wisdom from our friend ChristianGamer not even 2 days ago: http://n4g.com/news/739155/... .
Straight from the horse's mouth. Hey Chris, why the sudden change of standards? Oh, I forgot, it isn't milking when it's Microsoft doing it, it's giving the fans what they want. Hypocrite much?
Agreed. Media exposure is exactly what they want. They're not fighting the good fight and right or wrong have nothing to do with it. They just want to get everyone's attention because it gives them the illusion of power. They're just pretentious arrogant pricks, who couldn't care less who gets hurt with their actions.
Ignore them and they'll go away.
You forgot Halo ODLC. Not that it matters. Just report the multiple accounts trolls and move along.
Or better yet: make Street Fighter Alpha 4 in HD, but keep it 2D. That would be a sight to behold.
Street Fighter Alpha 3 is still the best SF of the entire series in my opinion.
The guys at anon better get their act straight. They've just been upstaged by a 75-year old lady from Georgia - http://www.engadget.com/201... .
@ Graphics - Majority =/= everybody. Minority =/= nobody. Learn how to read and don't put words in my mouth.
As to my bottom comment, when you mentioned "don't play for a day", with that specific wording, I thought you were referring to the infamous ApocaliPS3 http://en.wikipedia.org/wik... . To my best knowledge, that was the only situation were PS3 users couldn't pl...
Careful! The guy has several comments tagged as trolling and has yet to lose a single bubble. I had 1 (one!) comment tagged as off topic and lost a bubble for it. Same thing could happen to you.
